The Shed, Shape & Shine™ Method: the gentle path behind every program
One method, three movements. It shows up in retreats, talks, coaching and corporate programs — and it works the same way on a Tuesday morning at home.
People ask why a retreat in Tuscany, a keynote to a room of two hundred, and a private coaching call feel like they belong to the same thing. They do. Everything I offer grows from one method, and the method has three movements.
Shed
Shedding is not self-improvement. It is taking off what you have been wearing so long you forgot it was not skin — the role of the one who always copes, the obligation you never agreed to, the body you were told to be ashamed of. We do this gently, because ripping things off leaves marks.
Shape
Once there is room, something new can be formed. Shaping is practical: the boundaries you will actually hold, the day you will actually build, the decision you have been circling. This is where most people get stuck, because they try to shape from exhaustion. That is why shedding comes first.
Shine
Shining is not louder or busier. It is being recognisable to yourself again — and letting other people see it. The women in my programs almost always describe the same moment: someone who has known them for years says something like "you seem like yourself again."
Why it works in a boardroom too
Teams carry weight the same way individuals do: unspoken workload, an obligation to be endlessly available, a fear of being visible. GLOW at Work™ runs the same three movements with a group — shed what is heavy for the team, shape how you actually want to work, let people bring their whole selves to the room.
You do not need a retreat to begin. You need one honest question, and the willingness to sit with the answer. That is where every program starts, and where this method lives when no one is watching.
